The only setting between the ridiculous number of overlapping Quest 2 resolution management, pixel multipliers, link improving, virtual desktop speed enhancers and smoothing, is in Project Cars 2 control settings that does anything to smooth the image in the distance. For reference, Half Life Alyx looks great and plays great (with occasional stuttering). The car cockpit, driver and anything in near proximity looks great. Try me, I've tried everything over the past 4 days.Īnything in the distance is like Commodore 64 quality graphics. No setting in Oculus Quest2, Oculus Desktop Device Graphics Preferences, Virtual Desktop, Steam VR general or video settings, Oculus Debug Tool, SideQuest, OVRServer_圆4.exe priority, and most any combination or variations in Project Cars 2 resolution and smoothing makes a lick of difference. Distance viewing in Project Cars 2 is a pixelated, stair step mess in PCVR on Quest 2.
